LS3 Square Port Billet Intake Manifold

A modular billet intake for LS3 square port builds, from naturally aspirated to boosted or twin-injected. The AlloyWerx LS3 billet intake manifold is CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum and designed from OEM CAD data for a precise fit.

Build it your way

• Cooling: intercooled, with our air-to-water core rated for 2,200+ HP, or non-intercooled
• Lid: standard lid or 6/8/10-71 blower adapter lid for a screw-type supercharger
• Throttle body: 105mm LS throttle body snout
• Fits: LS3 square port heads

• Optimized runner geometry and plenum design for airflow and throttle response
• High-flow -10AN fuel rails with ORB ports on both ends
• Two 1/8" NPT boost reference ports and one 1/2" NPT brake booster port
• Integrated factory T-MAP sensor port
• Two -16 ORB water cooling ports (intercooled version)
• O-ring sealed, bolt-together design for a leak-free, serviceable assembly
• Complete hardware kit with stainless fasteners
